Birthing Eugene’s OpportUNITY Village

sleep on cardboard, on dirt, on cement:

‘Camp-in’ at Free Speech Plaza.

‘Protest’ on city land and go to City Jail.
‘Trespass’ on county land and go to County Detention.
Or is it the flip?
Whichever, women always go to jail.

And about that County Sheriff contract
empowering City Police jurisdiction
on county land surrounded by city land?
Laws, ordinances, regulations, codes.
From prior police arrests
triggered by sheriff requests
no SLEEPS convictions,
